New Mill Farm is the perfect place for a holiday on Exmoor. Our farm is well placed to visit all the attractions of Exmoor, North Devon and West Somerset and is only 2 miles from Lynton & Lynmouth. We offer space - tranquillity - wildlife spotting including Red Deer, dippers, heron and buzzards from your window - the perfect location for dark skies at night to view the stars - great walks direct from your door - close to the ocean - real open fires in all cottages - traditional Exmoor sheep hill farm.
Secluded delightful genuine modernised XVII Century cottages by trout stream in a peaceful Exmoor Valley on 100 acre farm. Also Caffyns Halt (a ground floor property) south facing with fenced garden and panoramic views of Exmoor. All properties equipped to 4 star standards. All cottages are serviced in line with the required enhanced cleaning protocols.
Our location is perfect for families and pet owners, with plenty of open space. For the more energetic, the farm has access to footpaths leading on to the high moorland of Exmoor as well as the South West Coast Path along the dramatic North Devon coastline.
